Caged kid on Delhi street



I'm not sure what the story is here; we were moving pretty quickly at the time and there was no way we could stop and inquire. Keep in mind this was the hottest day India had seen in over 50 years.

    That's actually a school bus, Joel. :-) They can pack about 10 little kids in those and get them to school pretty cheaply. Safely... not so sure. :-)
